Vice President, Operations

Cari Kniola brings over 28 years of clinical research experience to her role as Vice President of Operations at RQM+.  She oversees global Project Management and provides senior leadership, operational strategy, and functional oversight , ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials across a diverse range of therapeutic areas and technologies. Her extensive background spans both sponsor and CRO environments, with trial experience in the U.S. and globally across multiple phases and indications. While her long trials career has offered her a wide variety of therapeutic experience, Cari’s deepest experience is in neurology and neurodegenerative diseases, implantable cardiovascular and orthopedic devices, urology, IVDs, digital therapeutics/SaMD, and combination products.  Cari serves as a senior level client advocate and is known for her well-rounded expertise in clinical trial execution and offering proactive, experienced guidance to clients and study teams. She excels in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, budget oversight, and risk and data trend analysis. Her hand-on approach to problem-solving and commitment to quality make her a trusted leader in the industry.  Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized trial services, Cari is dedicated to building long-lasting partnerships and driving operational excellence across all facets of clinical research.
